What it keeps track of

Everything a household or a trip needs on one page.

Every user has their own groups, categories and accounts, so nothing leaks between people and nothing has to be set up twice.

Groups with their own rules

Each group has a name, logo, description, currency, date format and monthly budget. Home, Car & Bills, Work Income: every entry belongs to one.

Shared groups

Spend together. Settle in one tap.

Make any group shared, invite friends by email, and every income or expense can be paid by anyone and split five different ways.

  1. Invite your friends

Add them by name and email. They join the group and show up as members.

  2. Say who paid, and how to split

You or a friend paid. Divide equally, by exact amount, by percentage, by shares or by adjustment. The total always adds up to the cent.

  3. See who owes whom

Every member gets a running balance, and the group shows the fewest payments that clear everything.

  4. Settle up

Mark a payment as paid, record a different one, or settle everyone at once. Made a mistake? Undo it.

Questions

Good to know before you start.

Do my friends need an account?

You invite them by email. Once they have accepted in the app they appear as active members and can be picked as the payer or included in a split.

How are uneven splits rounded?

Everything is calculated in cents. If a bill can't divide evenly, the spare cents are handed out so the shares always add up to exactly the total you entered.

What does "split by adjustment" mean?

Everyone pays an equal part of what is left after the adjustments, plus or minus their own. Add $10 for someone who ordered wine and take $10 off for the person who skipped dessert.

Are my categories and accounts shared with others?

No. Categories, groups and accounts belong to each user. Only the groups you choose to share, and the entries inside them, are visible to the members you invite.

What happens when Pro ends?

Nothing is deleted. The account goes back to Free limits, so you can keep viewing everything but can't add beyond those limits until you renew.

Which currencies are supported?

US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, Saudi Riyal, UAE Dirham, Qatari Riyal, Kuwaiti Dinar and Indian Rupee. Each group has its own currency and decides whether the code goes before or after the amount.
